Lawn Bowling

One of the odd sports past times here in Australia is lawn bowling. For us Americans it is much like boche balls. The difference is that the balls are weighted so they can curve when bowled. We did this for our mid-session party and went to a gorgeous location just on the cliffs above our local beach. Here are some pictures to give you an idea.

Add to this the fact that these were some of the cheapest beers we've had for a very long time and we get pictures like this... :)


Needless to say this is was a good day and good times. We continued on afterward to go play some games of beer pong.... I'm slowly but surely trying to help educate the locals about the many American drinking games which the world should know about.
